Led the design of Ceros's asset library to address user frustration with the copy-paste method of reusing assets. Due to tech limitations, a fully sync-able component library couldn’t be created, so the focus was on improving usability and efficiency. Through competitive analysis and user testing, a more intuitive system was designed, featuring drag-and-drop functionality, advanced search, and better asset organization. The new feature resulted in faster content creation, increased user satisfaction, and improved workflow, while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
