Ceros’s newest product, Flex is a no-code creative studio platform that empowers users to create responsive interactive content.

The Problem

Problem: Designers struggled to align and space elements precisely on the canvas, often relying on manual nudging, zooming, or guesswork.
Why it mattered: Misaligned layouts slowed teams down, reduced design quality, and created frustration.
Why it was hard: Alignment had to work across many contexts (sections, groups, free canvas) while feeling invisible, fast, and familiar.

Owned: End-to-end UX from research through launch
Shaped: Interaction patterns, behavior rules, and usability standards 
Partnered with: Engineering to balance performance, familiarity, and technical feasibility​

Key Design Moves

• Added magnetic snapping behavior → Reduced the need for manual nudging and zooming

• Introduced smart guides, centerlines, and spacing indicators → Made alignment intent immediately clear

• Unified snapping rules across canvas, groups, and sections → Prevented inconsistent layouts and user confusion
